Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Numbness In Fingers

i have neck pain from the past 7 days and consult a general doctor who has prescribed the dic-p and some tablets but still i feel some liitle pains in and around neck areas and also some numbness in my left hand thumb finger. I may feel the reason for the said pain may be due my usage of two or more pillows when i sleep
