Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Numbness In Thumb

Female 43 good health. About a month ago I was riding in a jeep on very rugged terrain in Aruba. My neck on the right side stared to have shooting pain- could not turn my head without it hurting. I faded but did not go away. I then had a very stressful personal situation happen-and it is still going on. The pain has sharpened and continues. I had a chair massage at work 2 weeks ago and passed out from the pain. A few days later it was hurting so bad I got another one, but afterwards, my right thumb began to tickle and go numb. I have been to a chiropractor twice now and still not better. Any advice on the next step?
