Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain And Weakness In Arm

hi doctor,I have had many sittings at the dentist extraction and root canals after which i had a sudden wrist and finger pain.had neck xray and found out severe muscle spasm and a slight degeneration.pain in the arm and neck has susided.but there is still a bit weakness in arm and pain behind ears.neck and back shoulders.what should i do?
