Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain Due To Disc Protrusion At C3-C4 Level Of Spine

Hi Doc, I'm sorry !! I had a car accident in 2008, I was sandwiched in a four car pile up and I had neck pain from memory but didn't think much of it !! But 3 years on I have lower back pain and neck, shoulder and really bad headaches and can not get out of bed and cannot usually sleep during the night... I had a CT scans and there were disc bulges noted and I still in pain I had Upright MRI scan. Please help me understand what I need to do before it gets any worse, forever in pain.. a Posterior and left paracentral C3/4 disc protrusion causing minor crowding of the left c3/4 intervertebral foremen without direct nerve root compression ? And also At the C5/6 level there is early disc desiccation with small posterior and central disc protrusion with annular tear noted. A minor anterolisthesis develops at this level on flexion. No nerve root compression demostrated.
