General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below:

1) As per your history several possibilities are there so first do a MRI scan to rule out brain and spinal cord

2) Do full blood count with differential to rule out common pathology

3) Do a chest X-ray to rule out respiratory disorders

Do all these tests to pinpoint your diagnosis.

I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.

Thanks,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
