Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain Radiating To Shoulder

I have severe pain at the base of my skull, which is worse in the morning. This has been the case for a long period. It also radiated into my shoulder which I have had an injection for, but the neck pain wont go, I am not sleeping and am on a number of pain killers that arent working
