Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
Hope this will help you
You can take pain killers for the pain.as you have this injury recently, the pain will take time to go
Did you get your x-rays done?I assume they were fine as you have seen the doctors already.
Don't worry this pain will go away slowly.take a painkiller + muscle relaxant combination twice a day for three days.
I hope this is useful to you.If you have any further query, I will be happy to help
