Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain

My son is 15 years old and came home yesterday from football practice complaining of neck pain. I asked if he had done anything in football to cause it and he said no. The pain had started at 1pm that day before practice. Before I left this morning, I checked on him and he felt slightly warm. Today, he s complaining of a stomach ache and said his urine was orange. Could these be signs of meningitis?
