What can I substitue for Ibuprophen for a soar neck? I've been taking a lot of Ibuprophen lately and having ringing in my ears. I had a bad strain in my neck last July and 600 mls of Ibuprophen really helps. Once I stop using it the pain comes back. But not as intense as before I started taking the Ibuprophen about three weeks ago.
