I have cricked my neck in bed whilst turning over. As today has gone by I cannot move my neck and it keeps going into the most painful spasms. I now have 1 shoulder higher than the other \i cannot lower it or straighten my neck. I have taken diclofenic can I take mebeverine or buscopan?
