Suggest Treatment For Neck Pain

Hi.I have been employed as a sandblaster for the past ten years. For the couple of years I have been getting neck pain which has been getting gradually worse and worse. Now my arm has shooting nerve pain and tingly fingers are driving me crazy. I reported it again at work who in tern organized me a ct scan ... The results were aan encroachment on the left side at c5 c6 level with a signifficant posterolateral and left disc prolapse. Bulging of annulus fibrosis c4 c5 level plus some other bits and pieces. Can you please tell me what could possibly done to correct this problem.
