Suggest Treatment For Neck & Shoulder Pain

Hi I have had back neck and shoulder pain for 3years had tests done was sent to arthritis clinc he said i had discitis gave me a ateroid injection. then got letter to say i did not have it. have all symptons i have read now got small hot rash on lower back have had for three months. Confused
