Suggest Treatment For Neck Stenosis, Neck And Shoulder Spasms And Labrial Tear

I have been diagnosed with neck stenosis, back herniated L 4, L 5 , left shoulder Labrial tear, I now have more neck stiffness can t move neck without pain..neck and shoulder spasms. How can I be treated other than my past physical therapy ice and heat

In addition to the ice and heat therapy, you may also want to try a muscle relaxant.

This would help with the stiffness that you are experiencing by relaxing the muscles in the neck.
Using an anti inflammatory pain killer may also help eg ibuprofen, cataflam, naproxen
