Suggest Treatment For Neck Stiffness And Vertigo

Hi I have a history of a herniated disc for 3 years now L4 L5 .I have had episodes of vertigo BPV.I have been to a neurologist,orthopedic,chiro.I am experiencing neck stifness and light headedness specially when I change neck positions and during my mmenstual cycle.
