Suggest Treatment For Neck Stiffness,headache And Nausea

Hi i have been restless for the 3 days now. 1st day had a stiff neck and mild headache took some pain killer(Betapyn) but the nausea is still there and my back feels tired keep streching now and then,Im just restless.feel nothing seem interesting to me.Doctor, Kindly advice- cecily
