Suggest Treatment For Nephrotic Syndrome

hi my name is Rafiul Rowshan and my email is YYYY@YYYY sister has Nephrotic Syndrome fr the past 7 yrs and she is 22 yrs old..she was under medication of prendisilone for the past 7 yrs and ciclosporine from 2001 till date and recently she has seizures (fits) to be precise which the doctors say is a side effect of ciclosporine and currently her backbone has been supressed due to predisilone...kidney is fine now and we are seriously considering to come to India for Treatment what would u recommend sir / madam
