Suggest Treatment For Nerve Damage In Calves

I went to family DR. said my calfs, both right and left have nerve damage, put me on Gabapentin 3 times daily, also Ice therapy, I m to roll bottle of ice on feet for 15 minutes and then ice pack on top, the same 15 minutes, wondering is this is right?

Well come to HCM
If the case not being investigated for what being diagnosed then it would be questionable, in my opinion the best test is MRI to rule out the muscular damaged if ever done, till then you can have whatever medicine given to you, you have not mentioned the chief complained for what you gone to see the family Doctor, take care, have a nice day.
