Suggest Treatment For Nerve Damage In Spine And Legs

Hi I am Joan Glisson. I had heard about Terimic theother day and wondered if I should try it. I have nerve damage in both my spine and legs. Suffer with pain and inflammation and hearing how it helps both wanted somje advice as to whether I should try and how much mgs. to take daily.

Turmeric is an effective anti-inflammatory medication. Meriva capsule forms is effective, rather 1tsp of turmeric per day may help. Large doses can cause stomach upset. Avoid blood thinners like warfarin while taking turmeric.
