Suggest Treatment For Nerve Inflammation

Hi since one year I suffer from pain in my right heel that was diagnosed as nerve inflamation, later I made blood picture that showed potential of viral infection, what further analysis I should do and can I treat it if it is realy a viral infection , thanks
