Suggest Treatment For Nerve Pain In Arm

hi i have suffered brachial plexus injury in my left arm 3 yrs ago, and still m unable to use my left arm, i under went a surgery back then, but however the operation did not seem successful. My main complain rite now is the nerve pain that i am facing 24-7. is there anything we can do to stop that nerve pain?
