Suggest Treatment For Nerve Pain In Leg

Good Evening

I am oprated on23rd of Dec for the HUGE inugral Harnia on My left side

Now everything is ok but from last 5 days iam suffring the pain start on left testies and return on leg up to knee my nervs have strain due to this problem i can,t seat ,stand or even sleep ,I talk to my Surgeon he given me the advice for Inj Neurobion fort onec a weekfor 4weeks,Yesterday i taken the i m injection and geting the 60%relife ,now ican moov & sit but when i go for sound sleep the nerve strain return.

So what to do?
