Suggest Treatment For Nerve-related Abnormality

Dear DocI've been suffering from a nerve-related abnormality that threatens the left part of my body for the past 7 years now. Actually, I once had an accident (1995), and was subjected to psychological trauma by villagers of an enemy village in whose village the gov't of Cameroon posted me as a teacher (2004).
