Suggest Treatment For Neurological Disorder And Diabetes

I, Sumit Dutta want your guidance for my aunty suffering last 3 years from neurological disorder appraised by local doctor and suggested to consult with neurologist (medicine). She is 55 years old and can not do anything by her self. Her memory functioning well and she can identify any known person, give proper response, retrieve old event and react against unpleasant incident. She is also suffering from high blood pressure and sugar. Local doctor gave warning that her nerve of brain becoming dry and it could be fatal in near future. I need your valuable suggestion.
