Suggest Treatment For Neuromuscular Disorders

My wife is suffering from neuromuscular disordors. She is working in the Ministry of Education but can no longer write properly. The loss of dexterity is coupled with a permanent fatigue in her shoulder, and a local doctor has been giving her "Akiniton Retard" as a medecine for asthenia. But the situation which started 10 to 15 years ago has gradually become serious today. She is 45 years. Can you help.
