Suggest Treatment For Neuropathy In Diabetes

Hi, I m 73 years old....I ve had neophathy since I was 58 yrs and than got diagnosis with Diabetes 2 at age 62 yrs. I take metaphoine for Diabetes 2 and centrum Daily Vitamin along with iron tablet since I am iron definceny if I don t. Also take extra Vitamin B, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. In the last month or so, I have lost my appetite, my nails just keep breaking, and my eyes have been acting up....went to eye doctor and he recommented taking eye drops for dry eyes etc....seemed to help some but still not as good as they where 6 months ago....but what really bothers me is I am very tired....which is really unusal for me. I went in for my 3 month checkup a week ago....and my doctor says I seem to be in good health.... my diabetes is under control and neourapthy is something I just have to live with...nothing can be done with this....My feet are totally numb and hurt the worst at night...now I m starting to loose my balance (have gotten a cane which helps)....any recommendation?????
