Nightfall is natural phenomena which starts in adolescents. Usually its frequency reduces after some years.But only few men will continue to experience for many years which is a matter of concern.

I'll suggest following life style changes which will help you to reduce night fall.
01) Exercise regularly for atleast half an hour daily.
02) Avoid watching porn.
03) Empty your bladder before going to bed.
04) Avoid taking any liquid 1 to 2 hours before going to bed.
05) Listen to music of your choice before going to bed.
06) Keep yourself occupied. Don't think much about night fall.
