I had a habit of masturbation for 6 years. that causing nocturnal emission at night, also sometime at noon when i was sleeping. now i stopped this bad habit since 6 months but the problem of night falls donot stop and continuing. my age is 21. i am very depressed for this and i think that it affects my sexual very bandly. so i am very confused what i do. it is very embarassing. plese help me so i get a healthful life
