Suggest Treatment For Nightfall And Testicle Pain
i m suffrng from nghtfall from last six year years 2-3 a month and to aviod it i started masterbutng once a month from last 3yrs. now problm m facing is that i get sperm during urine whnever i get lil xcited for sex like watchng t.v or sometime evn when i try to cme close to my g.f physcaly.. n from last 8 months i feel sme kind of pain in ma testicals whnever smthng happnd like this.. its sme kind f liquid which comes out n that to very easily....plz help me out pain is increasing day by day. plz reply as soon as possible

Night falls are completely a normal phenomenon. Testicular pain might be due to tight clothing and infection as well. I suggest you to visit your doctor to run some tests for infection and physical examination as well.
