Night fall or nocturnal emissions is a very common occurrence among men, especially among young adolescents like your age. It is a spontaneous orgasm during sleep that includes ejaculation in male.The frequency of such night falls is highly variable and varies from person to person. Exercising regularly and avoiding spicy foods can reduce the frequency of nightfall. There is no cure as such for this problem. It would reduce as age advances and occurs less frequently in adulthood.
In addition, kindly take the following measures, which would help you to lessen the frequency and overcoming night falls:
1. Brisk walk for at least 30 minutes every day.
2. Avoid consuming of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep.
3. Should compulsorily go for urination and empty the bladder just before going to bed.
4. Avoid watching porn or getting involved in erotic chats.
5. Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind and practice mediation techniques to lessen your mental
stress.
6. Avoid
constipation by consumption of fibre rich diet.
If night fall happens then they do not worry about it, as thinking about nightfall or having the fear of night fall at the time of sleeping may increase the chances to have the night fall again. Doing Kegel exercise also helps control night fall.

sexologist before you start or stop any medications and never self medicate, as some of the drugs could be associated with increased frequency of night fall.
