sir, myself is feel non sensation under the foot my self is diabetic some time it is giving the heaviness and cant wear the show for a long period because when i wear the shoe for long time myself feel my foot is going the be tight in the shoe my age is 50 years height is 5 5 why my self is not getting the answer of my problem

the reason for all your problem seems to be diabetic neuropathy. you would benefit by using custom made footwear.
