Hellow sir,,, i am 28 years old and still unmarried,, i am suffering from night fall isue from 14 years almost,,, sometimes night fall happend twice in one night and some times after 7 days or 8 days almost 7 to 8 times in a month,, now i am feeling too mucb weakness in my body and after night fall remains pain in my whole body including muscels and bones specially in joints,,, please suggest me some treatment,, i will be very thakfull to u

Hi,

Nocturnal emission is a normal physiological phenomenon and happens for most men in middle age irrespective of they are married or not. It is one of the mechanism to drive out old or retained sperms so that fresh and new ones are formed in the testis.

It seems that you are apprehensive about it. It doesn't result in causing weakness in the body. Kindly practice meditation regularly. Also take multivitamin-multimineral supplementation. Avoid spicy food intake and drink good qualities of water regularly. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problems.
