Suggest Treatment For Nocturnal Emission
How do I stop the sperm during the night times while sleeping. It happens twice or thrice in two days, because of this reason my penis size has became too small and all nerve has become weak . I can t tolerate the sperm leaking. Please advice me the right guide and tell what medicine i should take.

But you are completely normal and nocturnal emission is a natural phenomenon and is not a disease/problem to treat.
If any one do not discharge semen by any method (masturbation/ intercourse)then the body itself tries to replace old sperms with new one by this method.
So, do not worry as it is not a problem at all. All the best.
