Hello doctor my name is shiv and m 19 yrs old boy. Sir m suffering from nightfall 4 times in last 6 days. I masturbate very less because m doing gym regularly as I don t much like to masturbate more. So is there any bad effect of this regular nightfall on my body. I want to get rid away from this problem.
Hello dear I understand your concern Do not worry Nocturnal emmision is common during your age group. Semen production is continuous process. If you not masturbate or sex, its production get excess and come out naturally during night to meet the sexual requirement. Take following advises: Avoid stress. Do regular exercise like walking and yoga. I advice you to masturbate regularly (3-4 times per week). as maturation is normal sexual behavior and meets your sexual demand. It does not cause side effect if done in moderate pattern. Once you become sexual active, it will disappear. Take healthy diet with high protein, fresh fruits and regular exercise and medication in the early morning. If it will cuse anxiety then psychological counselling will helpful. Hope this may help
