Suggest Treatment For Nocturnal Emission

Hello Doctor,
Since my 10th class I have the habit of masturbation. Now I am 20 years old.I am soo thin.I am worried that due to masturbations I have become thin. Recently I have stopped it,But unknowingly I am releasing sperms in sleep, Please suggest any ways to avoid such ...........

Hi,

You have nocturnal emission because you have stop masturbation. Masturbation is normal sexual behavior and help for sexual gratification in unmarried person. Masturbation does not cause lose of weight and thin body structure. It will relieve anxiety and decrease prostate cancer.

Semen production is continuous process and if you do not do regular masturbation then it will flow out automatically itself in night to meet sexual demand. I would suggest to do moderated masturbation before going to bed (2-4/week). Avoid stress, eat healthy diet, high protein diet, milk, egg, chicken, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do regular exercise like walking, running, swimming daily.
