Suggest Treatment For Non Alcoholic Cirrhosis

I have recently been diagnosed with non alcoholic cirhossis, final stage.....No one wants to talk, only more tests....I was in the hospital in Dec, three weeks later diagnosed at Mayo.....with this.....no one was watching and now want to know something.....I was an Alzheimers caregiver, and watching the same memory confusion problem.....how long will this will this last...my.. husband is angry with me and I am tired..
