Suggest Treatment For Non Communicating Hydrocephalus

Hi, I am a woman of age 46, two weeks ago I was told that I have non communicating hydrocephalus. I'm have trouble gettting into a neorologists office, how long can I wait before major damage is done? as it is I can't drive because I'm getting (at times) greyness in one eye. I never had any health problems before other than sinus problems. any advice would be great. thank you.
