Suggest Treatment For Non-productive Cough And Pressure In The Upper Chest

I have been experiencing a short, non-productive cough with a heaviness in my upper chest. Also, feels like I have to swallow all the time. Constant dull, achy pain in calves, ankles and feet of both legs. Feeling exhausted and find myself dosing off at work.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of viral bronchitis is more likely.
Bronchitis causes bronchospasm and this in turn causes chest tightness, cough, chest congestion etc.
Viral infection causes generalized malaise, body ache, weakness etc.
So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
Take antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
