Hi Dear ,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of nonallergic rhinitis which is due to infection in sinuses. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take combination of antihistamines and mast cell stabilizers as it will give immediate relief. You should sip on warm water on frequent basis. You should take steam inhalation on daily basis. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. Go for paranasal sinus X-ray. Start treatment after proper prescription. Take proper course of antibiotics. Do gargle with saline rinses.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
