Suggest Treatment For Normospermia With Infection

Dear sir, I did my semen analysis test the report is normospermia with infection. My test values are Toatl sperm count 32 millions active motility 35% sluggish motile 17% non motile 48% Normal forms 65% Abnormal forms 35% will you please suggest do i have any problem ?

Semen analysis can be considered normal if only at least 50% of sperm have normal motility and shape. However, the abnormal result with regard to your sperm analysis may be due to co- exsistant infection. Please be advised to undergo antibiotic treatment for clearing up the infection and repeat semen analysis.
