Hi.

I recommend a CT scan of your head first due to the nose bleeds and migraine headaches. Next to rule out are sun/heat strokes which can also present in a manner similar to yours.

I am not sure, but are you a diet and weight conscious person? Because if you are, this has probably resulted in long gaps between your meals which has resulted in either some acid reflux, gas related issues, or some underlying condition. Please have 5-6 smaller meals more regularly instead of 2-3 larger meals and drink plenty of water.

Best wishes.
