Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding And Ear Blockage

Hi, I am a 49 year old female. Last week (8 days ago) I came home from camping(were it was wet not dry) and as I was walking across the kitchen my nost started to bleed. Before I could get to the sink, it was s steady stream. I tried pinching my nose with my face foreward, then it was going down my throat. I was coughing up huge blood clots and lots of blood, then it started out my eyes. I went to the er and they tried neo-synephrine a couple of times, and then finally used the cocaine 4% solution and a huge plug. Several units of blood later it stopped. My blood pressure when I went in was 135/88. But as things slowed down, it was 125/75. 3 days later I went to an ENT DR and he pulled the plug out, and it didnt start again. But he said I was still dripping down my throat, and my left ear was backed up with blood. He put me on cephalexin 500 TID for 10days. 3 days after the plug was pulled, I was in the shower and there it went again. I got it stopped on my own with 4 different does of the neo-spynephrine Ext St. The next morning my eyes were puffy, and sinuses were hurting and my left ear still has presure. I am on Levothroid 150mcg(I had graves), 25mg HCTZ(for about the last 4 months/leg edema), 25mg of Amitriptyline(prevent migrains), prozac 20mg(for prevent migraine). My sinuses still ace and when I rub my left eye, you can hear squishey noises, and ear still blocked. My ENT dr is on vacation. Should I be worried.
