Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding And High Fever

hi im joy 23 years old im just have problem with my young sister jaque she 15 years old shes have nosebleeding and highh fever almost a years she been ncountered this nose bleeding and high fever pls help me what i need to do,, thank you for you concern..

Hi.
You have to take her to the ENT Surgeon and a Physician to find the reason of nose bleed ( epistaxis ) and high grade fever.
The probable causes are'
Any patient who has a generalized disease causing high grade fever can have a bleeding nose.
En surgeon would do ENT Endoscopy to see if there is a Cancer or so in the nose or the sinuses, Pus formation, vessel's disruption etc. Both the ENT Surgeon and Physician would also conduct exams to see if there are signs of lymph nodes , hepatomegaly or so and advise you investigation of the blood - routine including that of bleeding time, clotting time, platelet count and all.; urine tests,
Ct scan of the nose , sinuses and throat.
X-ray chest
Once the cause is found this is easy to treat the patient
