Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding And Lip Swelling Caused After An Injury

I recently fell from a very high bed and landed face first.I do not have any bruising or discoloration but my lower face,nose down is very tender.My tooth went through my lip so my lip is swollen.My nose does'nt feel as though it is broken but when I sneeze sometimes from my right nostril there is blood.This fall happened 4 days ago. I don't feel like I need to see a doctor but wanted to double check.

Hi..
This looks like minor trauma...take tablet paracetamol with aceclofinac for relieving pain and swelling...and use oxymetazoline nasal drops three drops three times daily for nasal bleed...don't use for note than 5 days..wish you a speedy recovery...
