Suggest Treatment For Nose Congestion And Difficulty To Breath

Hi, my wife s been experiencing heavy nose congestion that she has to breathe through her mouth most of the time. It s been almost 2 wks now. We thought it was due to allergy and had her tried different allergy medicines, but nothing works. Now, her nose would sometimes bleed, sneeze, and cough alot. Any ideas as to what kind of health issue she s having? could it be sinus infection?

Dentist 's  Response
Hi,

I suggest her to do steam inhalation and also practice doing pranayama (breathing exercise in yoga). It will be difficult in the beginning but gradually it will be fine. It helps in proper breathing and nasal congestion. Practice for few weeks and see.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
