Suggest Treatment For Nose Congestion, Neck Soreness And Headache

My daughter has been sick since early November. Ruled out mono. CBC normal for lymphoma. Long throats culture confirmed strep-- in january. Took 7 or 10 day antibiotic. Is now again sick with the same symptoms. Sore neck, stuffy nose, headache, sweats, tender armpits. I m at my wits end. ML. YYYY@YYYY

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
She is having allergic rhinosinusitis and pharyngitis again. Take a throat swab and sent for culture and sensitivity. Start anti-allergic tablet Levocetrizine. Take steam inhalation through mouth and nose. Take Betadine gargle. Start nasal spray Fluticasone.Take fluids orally soup,juice.This will heal her quickly.
