Suggest Treatment For Nose Congestion

hii...sir m hvng congestion in ma nostrils from last few days,,,,congestion is feeling in one nostril alternatively nd when i used ny nasal drops then it ll be ok for few hours bt hvng little bit dryness....plz give me some suggestions coz some tym there is difficulty in breathing from one nostril

Hi ,
Thank for asking to HCM.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you stop decongestant nasal drops they are habit forming . Use Steam inhalation thrice daily & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination .

Certainly above treatment will give you much relief but if relief is not upto satisfaction level then consultation with your ENT doctor & examination will become essential.
