Suggest Treatment For Numb Arm And Chest Discomfort While Suffering From Gastritis

Hi Doctor, my name is Kulendra, 47 years old male. I have gastritis problem last 3 years. I take domperidone 13 mg 03 times a day. Occasionally take lipicard 200 mg per day. I did my total lipid profile 03 moths ago. Now, last 06 months, I feel little uncomfortable sense in my chest, and my left arm gets numbness. Please advise me, should I do a NG gram? Thanks & Best Regards.

Hi welcome to healthcare magic,
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of ischemic changes in the heart.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile,hsCRP immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Drugs like clopilet,ecosprin,atorvas will be helpful.Coronary angiogram with or without stenting will be the procedure of choice.
Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
