Suggest Treatment For Numb Wrist And Little Finger After A Hit To Elbow

Yesterday, I hit my elbow on a pressure point quite hard, I instantly lost feeling in most of my arm, and eventually got feeling back everywhere except formy piniky and ring finger, and that side of my palm and wrist. Would this be considered a pinched nerve, and if so, what can I do about it?
