Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Burning Sensation In Hands At Night

I have been waking up during the night with what starts as numbness in the hands, then it becomes severe pressure and a burning. I have to get up and walk around to get it to a settle. I was able to find a position while sitting that was tolerable. Seems to be getting harder to find that spot. Sleep is getting difficult to find.
