Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Discoloration On The Foot

I have pain (right foot)when I walk & top of that foot has a warm slight bump, there is some numbing on the surface of the large & second toes, also large toe nail has discoloration, my pulse is more rapid than usual 138/78, I have experienced lightheadedness recently.

Improper gait some time causes the soft tissue inflammation and peripheral nerve compression this could be the reason may be likely, better to maintain the normal walking style, even some time foot ware could be the reason, hope this information helps.
